Jeff,
Not sure what to do…..my clients stayed in model, came home with me and I made them breakfast…..they say they are “thinking about it” but how long do I stay the course? They want to come to soccer pracise today???? Ok am buying Crabs for lunch then I am done…….lol Great advice….”so the things you are going to think about are” insert all the positives….Thanks Jeff
Hey Jeff- Any chance you can post some “model shops” that you have seen that are great examples of how to deal with customers? I haven’t seen secret shop before but would love to!
I wish. Builders are very protective of the shops and don’t want them shown publicly.
