    Excellent video message, Jeff
It is easy to fall victim to failure and give up, but you don’t have to give up on your career as a new home sales person as long as you understand that failure is an event as you point out in the video. I realize that I’m not perfect and that failure is a part of life that I will experience from time to time, but I will not let failure make me quit on my career as a new home sales person. I love the home building industry and I can’t imagine myself doing anything else other than selling new homes. Failure will come from time to time, but I will learn from my failures which will make me a stronger, more successful new home sales person.
I choose to view failure as an event which I can control and I will not let it cause me to give up on any part of my life, relationships and career.
    Thank you for your inspiration.
It’s a pleasure to know you.
    Regards,
    Del Barbray

Faith, faith and more faith…the tide goes out, but always comes back in. We can not take this market as personal. It just is. As you said keep focusing and doing your best with each customer and eventually as our sales manager likes to say, “something wonderful is going to happen today!”
