Watch Those Hands

Remember in your sales presentation that the hands tend to show tension. Closed fists display discomfort and can even be seen as aggressive. Hands to the face can indicate a subtle fear, as if we are trying to defend ourselves, or that we are hiding something.

Hands should be neutral and relaxed as much as possible. Watch people around you and see what they do with their hands in different emotional mindsets. Those with “calm hands” tend to have a calming influence on others.
