Clean Up Your Topo Table
When a customer walks into a sales office for the first time their senses are heightened, and they notice everything. This includes the condition of the plot table, which is often their targeted destination.
Take a look at your table right now and see if it passes the test:
- Is it clean?
- Are the sold buttons lined up and looking neat?
- Is the table clear of brochures, price lists, and collateral material?
- Is the table clear of registration cards, especially completed cards?
- Is there anything that would detract from the community itself?
The key is this: keep it simple. Clutter has the effect of cluttering the customer’s mind.
