Name Tags

Some people love name tags; some people can’t stand them. Put me in the former category – I am a big fan. I’ll tell you why.

When the customer comes through the door there is much confusion and much fear. That situation makes it difficult to keep everything straight in their minds. The confusion leads to greater stress.

I am all about making things as stress-free as possible. Wearing your name tag allows the customer to connect to a real person, and relieves them of the uncomfortable burden of trying to remember your name.
