The Difficult Clause

There are aspects of the contract that need to be explained, but that are difficult to explain clearly. I recommend you work with your sales manager on coming up with standard scripted statements for those tricky points of explanation.

I always found it easier to nail down through repetition those statements that were troubling. Practice over and over again – outloud! – until it is committed to memory

Disclaimer: Some companies will have an explicit policy to avoid re-phrasing anything in the contract – make sure you’re clear on this from your own manager.
