“I Understand”

“I understand.” Those are two of the most powerful words in selling. When you think about it, there are few things a customer desires more than to be understood and, as an extension of understanding, appreciated.

I recommend you weave the phrase “I understand” into your presentation whenever appropriate. The phrase goes a long way towards calming the nerves of a frazzled customer.
