Siting from the Back of the Homesite

Touring the homesite is all about giving the customer the best possible perspective. If you’ve never been taught this before, you need to understand that the perspective is dramatically different from the back of the homesite than it is from the street.

Take the customer to the back corner of the site. The lot size increases dramatically and the site becomes much more tangible to the prospect.
