The Check-In
Buying a home can be tremendously confusing. There is so much information to take in and so many new things to learn. Sometimes the customer can become overwhelmed.
One way to prevent that is to check in with the customer from time to time and ask a mindset question. I prefer, “How are you doing? I know I’ve shared a lot of information. Are you taking it all in OK?”
Give your customer the opportunity to slow down a bit, or to slow you down!
