Embracing Discomfort
Discomfort is an Asset, Not an Enemy
Over the past several weeks, we’ve talked a lot about what it means to truly be BOLD. We all experience uneasy moments in the sales process, but only the BOLD salesperson overcomes those uncomfortable moments and pushes through to the sale!
Today I’ll take it one step further. I want to suggest to you that it’s not enough to simply confront your discomfort. I want you to EMBRACE it! Discomfort is a good thing!
Think of it like a workout. If you ever had an exercize session that was too easy, then I have bad news for you: it wasn’t effective! It’s onlythe hard work that really pays off. And uncomfortable moments are the hardest exercize of all for strengthening BOLDNESS.
