It’s basically your inner voice, the voice in your mind which says things that you don’t necessarily say out loud.  Both positive and negative self-talk exist and, for better or for worse, self-talk can have a big impact on your self-esteem, your confidence, and ultimately your ability to succeed.

Controlling our own success begins with a clear vision.  Not just a clear vision of the outcome, but a vision of the success itself.  It’s not just a question of making the journey, it’s about believing you have the capability of completing it.
