There are many techniques you can use to amp up your closing skills, but all of them will be ineffective without this one thing: a closing mindset. And the first step you need to take for getting yourself in the right mindset for closing is understanding that closing is completion.
Think about it this way: would you ever try to sell a client a home without a roof telling them that, “hey, at least you have the chance to complete the house yourselves!”? No, you wouldn’t. Just like you should never try to get a sale without a close.
