Q: Is Sales Leadership Summit 2021 an in-person event or livestream?

A: Both! A hybrid event is natural as we take a first step toward going back to live events, but still want to welcome guests that may face government restrictions or who are hesitant to travel and gather in groups.

Q: I want to join you in Nashville! How do I book a room?

A: Please call the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center (615) 889-1000 and refer to the “Jeff Shore Sales Summit” block to receive your special rate.

Q: What time zone is the livestream happening in?

A: All times are CDT. To find out what this means for you, use this handy dandy time zone converter.

Q: How do I watch? Will the technology work on my desktop, laptop, or even my phone?

A: To watch the livestream, you may use whichever internet browser you prefer! Chrome, Firefox, Safari… your pick! For breakout rooms, you’ll need a webcam and microphone capabilities. We recommend participating with a desktop or laptop to get the most out of your Livestream experience.

Q: What if I can’t attend one of the sessions, will there be a replay available?

A: Yes! You will have access to a replay of the livestream (not breakout sessions) for 30 days after the livestream.

Q: What internet speed is needed to watch the livestream without interruption?

A: If you have at least 5 mbps speed, you will be set! Ideally, it will be 15 mbps or higher but a minimum of 5 is needed.

Q: I’ve got some burning questions I’d like to ask the speakers. Will we get any opportunity to interact with Jeff or ask him or the other speakers a question?

A: Yes! Jeff and our speakers will take an opportunity for Q&A at various times during the two day event.
